Our favourite part about this dessert is combination of the thick, creamy topping with the biscuity texture of the base (and the colourful hundreds and thousands, of course!).

(1/2 cup) custard powder

310 milliliters (1 1/4 cups) milk

thickened cream

tube condensed milk

butter, chopped

4.40 gm vanilla extract
