Wash 3 cups of fresh strawberries under cold running water, pat them dry, then chop into small pieces.

In a large mixing bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, mixing until combined.

Add 1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt to the cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth.

In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of cold whole milk and 3.4 ounces of instant strawberry pudding mix until thickened, then let rest for 5 minutes.

Combine the thickened pudding with the cream mixture and mix on low until smooth.

Gently fold in 8 ounces of thawed whipped topping, preserving the airy texture.

Fold in 2 cups of miniature marshmallows until evenly distributed.

Add the previously chopped strawberries and gently fold to coat them in the mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a large serving bowl, smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, garnish with 1 cup of reserved sliced strawberries and optionally, add more miniature marshmallows.
