The Best DIY Foil Packet Dinners

baby red potatoes (, quartered)

carrot

onion

green beans

red bell pepper

Prepare 4 sheets of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil into 12-inch sheets.

Divide the ingredients among the four pieces of foil and place the food in the center of each piece, layering the butter, hamburger and or sausage with the vegetables spices, herbs and flavorings of your choice. Fold the two long edges toward one another and fold over once or twice then crimp tightly. Fold and crimp each short end of the foil toward the middle so that the edges are all tightly sealed.

For cooking in the oven, bake on a baking sheet at 350ºF for about 30 minutes.

For cooking on a grill, cook on medium high for about 10-15 minutes each side, turning occasionally.

Let the packets cool slightly before serving. Carefully open the packets and serve.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Foil Packets

chicken breasts (cubed)

Little Potatoes (about 16-20, halved)

ham (cubed)

canola oil

seasoning salt

Italian seasoning

dry mustard

black pepper

Swiss cheese

Preheat the grill to medium-high, or about 400 degrees F.&nbsp;

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the cheese (chicken through pepper). Stir well.

Lay one piece of tin foil on top of another and spray the center lightly with non stick spray. Spoon 1/4 of the chicken mixture into the center of the foil, and fold to seal completely.

Grill over direct heat for about 20 minutes, until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest piece of chicken reaches 165 degrees F.&nbsp;

Open packets and sprinkle each with 1/4 cup cheese. Close the grill for 2-3 minutes, just until melted. Serve.

These Cheesy Campfire Potatoes cook in foil for a simple side dish you can cook entirely on the grill!

Cheesy Campfire Potatoes

baby potatoes (halved

onion (thinly sliced)

garlic (minced)

butter (diced)

olive oil

cheddar cheese

parsley (chopped)

salt and pepper (to taste)

chicken broth

Place 2 large pieces (at least 20 inches long) of heavy-duty aluminium foil over each other to form a cross.

Place potatoes and onion in middle of foil. Sprinkle with cheese, butter, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper; drizzle with olive oil. Carefully toss with clean hands to coat potatoes.

Fold up the sides of the foil to form a &quot;bowl&quot; and pour chicken broth over potatoes, then fold foil down and seal pouch well.

Prep foil packet:

On grill/fire: Over medium heat, cook potatoes in foil for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.

In oven: Bake foil packet at 425°F for around 30-35 minutes, or until done.

Careful when opening the packets – hot steam will escape!

Combine potatoes, onion, and pepper with oil, seasoning salt, parsley and pepper in a bowl.

Lay out four large sheets of tin foil (double them up if you are not using heavy duty foil) and spray the center of each with non stick spray.

Divide vegetables between the four foil sheets and top each with two sausages.

Seal packs and place on direct heat on the grill. Cook for 15-18 minutes, until the vegetables are tender (if you check them and they are not quite done, just give them a stir and continue cooking).

When vegetables are tender, open packs and crack an egg into the center of each and sprinkle egg with salt and pepper as desired. Loosely tent the foil over the egg (this helps to cook the top of the white) as much as possible, and close the lid on the grill.

Cook for 3-5 minutes, until desired doneness is reached.

can Old El Paso Green Chiles, drained

14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes, fully drained

black beans,

Mexican blend cheese

cilantro (finely chopped)

sour cream

Heat grill to medium high heat (or heat oven to 350F)

In a large skillet, brown beef over medium high heat. Stir in the taco seasoning and stir to coat. When almost browned, toss in the tomatoes and green chiles (both fully drained) and stir to combine. Remove from heat and set aside.

Fold two large 12x24 inch sheets of foil in half and fold up the edges to create the bottom of each packet. If you prefer smaller packets you can use 12x12 inch pieces and divide ingredients into fourths instead of halves.

Place half the chips at the bottom of each foil packet.

Sprinkle each with half the beef mixture, half the black beans, half the onion, and top with half the cheese. Lastly sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Fold the other half of each foil packet and pinch shut. Cut a hole in the top of each packet as shown so steam can vent (and avoid chips getting too soggy).

Bake or grill for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. Top with sour cream, jalapenos, or your fave nacho toppings.

These Grilled Green Beans Foil Packets are the perfect quick and easy side dish on your grill! Grab your fresh green beans, season them, wrap them in foil and you will have a delicious, healthy grilling recipe everyone will love!

Grilled Green Bean Foil Packets

Prepare a clean grill for cooking on medium heat about 350 - 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Lay out one piece of foil about 12&#39;&#39; x 24&#39;&#39; and put the green beans in the middle of the foil, evenly spread out. Fold up ends of green beans to make a edge to contain water and olive oil. Sprinkle the seasonings over the beans, then drizzle with olive oil and water. Fold the ends of the foil in towards each other to form a packet. Wrap another time with foil to double layer the foil to prevent foil from tearing open.

Place foil packet on grill over direct medium heat. Cook with lid closed for 8 minutes. Flip the foil packet over and cook an additional 8 minutes. Carefully open the bag and check a bean from the middle of the pile to test if it's done.

Remove from grill and serve.

This is an easy and delicious way to cook the beans. The first time I used your exact recipe (of course). The second time I added just a touch of liquid smoke. Both ways are excellent!

We made lots of recipes on the grill but haven't tried green beans! These look delicious and tasty! Trying them asap!
