Banana Split - Weight Watchers Freestyle

fat free plain Greek yogurt

sugar free, fat free chocolate instant pudding powder

Fat free Reddi Wip

Raspberries or any other fruit

In a small bowl mix together the Greek yogurt and chocolate pudding powder. Optional: put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise.

Assemble the banana split.

Avocado Toast - Weight Watchers Freestyle

bread

Haas avocado

lime wedge

cilantro or fresh parsley, chopped

garlic powder

Salt and pepper

Add the 1/4 avocado to a bowl. Squeeze the lime juice into the bowl, then add cilantro (or parsley), pinch of garlic powder and a little salt and pepper.

Spray a small frying pan with no stick spray and cook the egg.

While the egg is cooking, but your bread in the toaster and toast it.&nbsp;

Spread the avocado mixture over the toast then add the egg on top.

Optional: serve with salsa, hot sauce or sriracha.

Breakfast Bowls - Weight Watchers Freestyle

lbs. potatoes,

onion, chopped

red pepper, chopped

orange pepper, chopped

extra virgin olive oil

Add oil to a skillet and set heat to medium.

Once the oil is warm add the potatoes, onions and peppers. Also add the garlic powder, salt and pepper.  Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

While the potatoes cook, add the eggs to a mixing bowl. Whisk the eggs until scrambled.

Add a little bit of non-stick cooking spray to a frying pan and cook the scrambled eggs.

Spread out the six containers and fill them with the potatoes, eggs and cheese. Make sure you divide the mixture evenly.

Store the breakfast bowls in the fridge. When you’re ready to eat one place it in the microwave 30-45 seconds.

A fresh and fruity vinaigrette dressing for green salads and grain salads.

Fresh Peach Vinaigrette

(60 grams) Rice Vinegar

(10 grams) Dijon Mustard

(25 grams) Olive Oil

(11 grams) Honey

(5 grams) Kosher Salt

Bubble Up Pizza Casserole

turkey sausage (I used breakfast patties

tomato sauce

onion

Italian seasoning

oregano

basil

Jumbo

part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

turkey pepperoni

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Add the turkey sausage to a medium size pan. Break it up and cook it all the way through.

Drain any liquid from the turkey, then add the tomato sauce and all of the seasonings. Heat this until it begins to simmer, then turn off the heat.

Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces, then add them to the tomato sauce. (You can also add veggies to this mixture.)

Spray an 8x10 baking dish with no-stick cooking spray, then add the sauce mixture.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top, then add the pepperoni.

Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

self rising flour

Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt

Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine 1 cup of self rising flour and 1 cup of Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt in a bowl until a dough starts to form.

Turn dough on a lightly floured surface and brush your hands with a bit of flour.

Knead and divide into 4 parts.

Roll out each dough ball to form a rope and pinch the ends of each rope together to make a circle. You will have four bagels.

Beat one egg and brush over the bagels and sprinkle with Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel seasoning.

Bake at 350 degrees on a pan sprayed with cooking spray for 23 minutes and 500 degrees for 2 minutes so the tops can brown.

I think the calorie count is incorrect  1 cup of flour is 455 calories, 8 ounces of 0% fat yogurt is 120 calories,  3 calories for baking powder - a total of  578 calories divided by 4 bagels is 144.5 calories per bagel

I’m curious, how should these bagels be stored?  I wasn’t sure because of the yogurt should they be refrigerated?

I added two tablespoons of cinnamon to this and the results are amazing! I top it with a tablespoon of powder pb fit peanut butter (1 point) and it makes a delicious breakfast!

These didn't cook at all, even after more than 23 minutes - stayed doughy and seriously stuck to the pan.  I do a lot of baking - wouldn't make these again-

Loved your bagel recipe.  I have made them a few times and they are delicious.  This recipe was easy to follow (and I appreciate that you included the ingredients for the self-rising flour as I had none at home).  Thank you forb sharing.

I used the dough hook on my stand mixer and it worked great, even for 1/2 recipe (2 bagels).  Since the dough was firm I did not need very much flour to roll them out.  I actually just kind of shaped them with my hands.

In my mind, it should just say 
-self rising flour*
-greek yogurt
Directions.....
*to make your own self rising flour....
The way it is, i think, "oh 2 ingredients. I can do that"...then my brain sees a long list and shuts down-I'm done

Hi Vicki, I’ve made these TWO ingredient bagels a few times. They usually come out on the flatter side but I’m okay with that because they taste great! I just have a question, when I calculate the points for the yogurt it’s 3 points for 1 cup, how many points is the flour? Thanks for sharing this recipe!
