Fresh mango salsa recipe packed with gorgeous produce like avocado, mango, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and red onion. This easy, homemade salsa is perfect for salmon, fish tacos, chicken, and of course, dipping with chips!

Fresh Mango Salsa

avocado,

mango (from 2 large ripe mango)

red bell pepper, finely diced

red onion

jalapeno, seeded and minced

cilantro

lime

Salt and pepper

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix to combine. Garnish with extra cilantro. Serve with multigrain tortilla chips. Also great served on salmon, fish tacos or shrimp. Serves 4-6. Double the recipe to serve 10-12.

Mango Salsa

mangos (, peeled, seeded, diced)

red onion (, diced)

red bell pepper (, diced)

cilantro ((4 grams), chopped)

jalapeno

apple cider vinegar

Finely dice ripe mangos, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and fresh cilantro. Mix in a large bowl with cider vinegar, lime juice, and salt.

Serve with tortilla chips, over fish, chicken, on tacos, burritos, salads or quesadillas.

Different from the other mango salsas I saw online and just what I was looking for!  So good!

½ bell pepper (chopped)

cilantro (chopped)

garlic (minced)

extra virgin olive oil (or avocado oil)

lime (juiced, about 2 ½ teaspoons of juice)

½ sea salt salt

⅛ black pepper

Combine.

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.

Mix and enjoy.

Gently mix to combine. Serve right away or keep stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Fresh and tasty topped it on my baked tilapia

I made this last night for fish tacos. It was delicious! I did not have red peppers, only yellow, so I used that and grated a carrot for color.  Will use this recipe again!

I tried this out the other day as a trial for our Super Bowl party! It was a hit. I love that it wasn't TOO spicy and so our kids could enjoy it, too. We'll definitely be making it for our party!
