Cheesecake Egg Rolls

strawberries

water

sugar

(8-oz.) blocks cream cheese,

c. sugar

sour cream

pure vanilla extract

kosher salt

eggroll wrappers

Vegetable oil,

Powdered sugar,

I absolutely LOVE this recipe!! I’ve made it about 10 times now and I just cannot get enough. I also sometimes like to make the strawberry sauce and let it cool, then mix it in with the cream cheese filling before I stuff the egg roll wrappers. DELICIOUS!!

I made these and when frying the rolls, the cheesecake started oozing out a bit and I wrapped these really well so I don’t get what I did wrong.  Also when I turned them over, the wrap was so thin it punctured :(
Great recipe though!

making these today with a mixed berry compote.   Filling tastes very rich and well balanced.

These Dessert Egg Rolls Are Seriously Delicious

Air fryer cheesecake is easy to make &amp; positively delicious. Seven simple ingredients &amp; 20 minutes are all you need for this amazing dessert!

Air Fryer Cheesecake

cresecent rolls

oz cream cheese

vanilla

butter

tbsp sugar

cinnamon

Open the crescent rolls into a large rectangle. Divide in half both vertically and horizontally to form 4 rectangles. Press the diagonal seam to connect the pieces. You want 4 rectangular pieces.

Combine the filling ingredients. Divide the filling between the prepared crescent roll dough. Close each piece and press the edges together.

Brush with the melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining sugar and cinnamon.

Air fry at 350 for 12 minutes.
