Frozen Caramel Coconut Cold Brew Coffee

Gevalia Caramel Cold Brew Concentrate

2% milk

milk chocolate chips

chocolate syrup

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until fully smooth. Add more ice and blend if you'd like the drink thicker.

Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and caramel sauce if desired.

Brew a cup of coffee. You can brew a cup exactly how you normally would, and it will work great, but we like to make our coffee slightly stronger for frozen coffee since we’re mixing it with ice and don’t want it to get diluted.

Cool

If you have time, let the coffee cool for 10 minutes before you continue. Using hot coffee will leave you with a sickly, lukewarm drink instead of the refreshing frozen one you want.

Blend

Mix the coffee, ice, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and creamer – if you’re using it – together in your blender. Continue blending until all of the ingredients are well-mixed, and the consistency is light and fluffy.

Garnish

If you’re feeling fancy, top with whipped cream and use the chocolate syrup as a drizzle. Yum!
