full fat plain greek yogurt

peanut butter

raw honey, (as needed (for sweetness))

dark cocoa powder

tsp pure maple syrup, (plus more as needed (for sweetness))

blueberries, (frozen)

lemon juice

tbsp raw honey, (plus more as needed (for sweetness))

raspberries, (frozen)

To make this frozen yogurt, I use a food processor, but you could also make this in a heavy duty kitchen blender.&nbsp; &nbsp;

To do so, line a rimmed baking sheet with tin foil and then add two dividers to divide it into thirds. In one third, add fresh blueberries. In the second third, add fresh raspberries. And in the final third, add sliced bananas.

Then, transfer this to the freezer for just about an hour or two and they’ll be perfectly frozen and ready to use.&nbsp; You could also use pre-frozen fruit.

To Freeze the Fruit:

So add the frozen bananas to your food processor, followed by the full fat greek yogurt and natural peanut butter.

Blend this all together for a couple minutes until it’s smooth.  You may need to scrape down the sides a bit to help it along.

You can taste it once it’s fully mixed to see if any sweetness is needed - if you used ripe bananas, it prob doesn’t need any sweetener, but you could add in a little raw honey if needed and process again.

This peanut butter frozen yogurt is now ready to eat and has a soft serve consistency.  To harden it a little, you can place in the freezer in an air-tight container and freeze for about an hour, if you’d prefer.

Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt

Add the frozen raspberries to the food processor - depending on the fruit, I tend to use 3 or 4 cups of fruit.

Then, add&nbsp;full fat plain greek yogurt&nbsp;and a little raw honey because the raspberries aren’t super sweet.

Blend this all together for a minute or so until it’s smooth, scraping down the sides if you have to.

Once it’s all pureed, you can taste it and see if it needs any more raw honey and then blend again.  You could also use pure maple syrup, if you'd prefer.

This raspberry frozen yogurt is now ready to eat and has a soft serve consistency.  To harden it a little, you can place in the freezer in an air-tight container and freeze for about an hour, if you’d prefer.

Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

Start by adding the frozen sliced bananas to the food processor, followed by&nbsp;dark cocoa powder,&nbsp;full fat plain greek yogurt, and a little pure maple syrup.

If you like sweeter chocolate, you can add a little more pure maple syrup or, if you like more bitter dark chocolate, add a little less.

Delicious and creamy frozen yogurt made with the frozen fruit of your choice (I used strawberries and bananas). It takes just 5 minutes of work, but be sure to check out my tips to achieve a creamy texture.

Easy Homemade Frozen Yogurt Recipe

Whole milk Greek yogurt

orange vanilla

sugar, (optional but highly recommended)

tbsp corn syrup, (optional)

Combine the frozen strawberries, banana, yogurt, orange extract (or vanilla extract), honey, sugar, and corn syrup in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a blade or a heavy duty blender.

Blend until everything is combined into a creamy smoothie-like mixture. Taste, and if you like it sweeter add a bit more honey.

Transfer the mixture to a freezer safe container and smooth the surface. Press a piece of parchment against the top of the yogurt to prevent ice crystals from forming. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

To serve, allow the frozen yogurt to sit at room temperature for a few minutes just until soft enough to scoop. Scoop the amount you need (long, shallow pulls or strokes will produce better scoops). Enjoy!

Whisk together vigorously the yogurt, cream, sugar, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved (test by rubbing slightly with your fingers to see if it is gritty, then taste). 

Freeze the yogurt mixture in an ice cream maker, according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Or, you can freeze it in silicon ice cube-sized trays for 3 hours, then pop out the cubes and blend in a food processor until smooth, adding a splash of cream if necessary to get it to blend (if you freeze overnight, allow the cubes to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes to soften). This should have a soft serve consistency. Top with toppings and serve.**

Optional: For a scoopable consistency, freeze 2 to 3 hours, depending on your ice cream maker, to harden to a scoopable consistency. 

Leftover storage: Homemade frozen yogurt is best eaten when freshly made. Leftovers store up to 1 week frozen. The texture becomes very icy and hard when frozen overnight, so allow it to thaw on the counter for at least 30 minutes before scooping. After thawing, consider running it through a food processor to allow it to come to a more uniform texture before serving.

Easy Strawberry Popsicles (with Greek Yogurt)

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender and grind until well combined, about 10 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as necessary. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Divide the yogurt mixture evenly among reusable popsicle molds.

Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Run popsicle molds under warm water briefly to help loosen. Serve.

Store any remaining pops in a freezer bag with as much air removed as possible for up to 3 months.

Just made these! I imagine the popsicles will be great, but it’s too sweet if you drink the extra 🫠 just a word of caution. I wish I had tasted it before adding the honey. My strawberries were really sweet to begin with.

Has anyone tried them with dairy free substitutions like cashew yogurt? I made them for my daughter, however I have a dairy and soy allergy.

Love this! For storage do we take it out of the mold and store it in freezer bags? Can we just leave it in the mold or will that cause freezer burn?

Spectacular. I could have just drank the liquid as a strawberry drink rather than turning into yogurt pops. I thought my fruit was sweet enough (I included some frozen banana too) so I only added a tablespoon of maple syrup, but realized after they froze that some additional sweetener would have been better. I'll put in closer to the amount in the recipe next time to see how it comes out. The lemon gives it a nice little kick to make them extra refreshing.
