bananas,

pineapple

strawberries, rinsed, dried, and halved

c. chocolate chips

c. peanuts, chopped

I made these, but substituted blackberries for pineapples. Arranged them strawberry, banana, blackberry for red white & blue for forth of July. Reminded me of a frozen banana from my youth. So easy.

This marinated steak kebabs dinner is the perfect low carb dinner for a summer night. Marinate the steak in the morning, then just place everything on skewers and then your whole dinner is cooked on the grill.&nbsp;

Marinated Steak Kebabs Dinner (low carb dinner on the grill)

lbs steak

balsamic vinegear

olive oil

garlic

salt

pepper

rosemary

mushrooms

zucchini

onion

peppers

Add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary to a bowl and whisk well to combine.

Take the steaks and cut into even sized cubes. Please in a baggie and pour marinade over top. Mix well and set into the refrigerator to marinate over night or the morning of.

Skewer the meat and cook over the grill. About 10-15 minutes.&nbsp;

To make the vegetable kebabs, chop into pieces, skewer and then brush with a garlic oil.&nbsp;

Make a garlic oil by adding crushed garlic to olive oil and mix in a small bowl.&nbsp;

Grill the vegetables along with the meat. If making potatoes, first cook in the microwave for 4 minutes before grilling.
