This Chocolate Raspberry Yogurt Parfait is perfect for an afternoon snack and great on a brunch menu! Layered with your favorite fruit, mini chocolate chips and granola.

Chocolate Raspberry Yogurt Parfait

vanilla Greek yogurt

pouches Similac Go & Grow Mix-Ins ((optional))

raspberries

mini chocolate chips

honey

Place yogurt and Similac Go &amp; Grow Mix-Ins into a mixing bowl (optional), stirring until well combined. Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of your parfait glasses. Spoon crushed granola over yogurt then top with a layer of raspberries and chocolate chips. Top with another smaller spoonful of yogurt, granola, a raspberry and chocolate chips. Served chilled. Refrigerate up to one hour before serving. Note that granola will get soft if refrigerated too long.*Parfait can be made without Mix-Ins*

Cottage Cheese Parfait

navel orange

c. whipped low-fat cottage cheese

c. raspberries

whole-wheat toast

With a sharp knife, slice off both ends of orange. Following the curve of the fruit, cut away peel and white pith. Halve orange from top to bottom; thinly slice crosswise. Pile half the orange slices and half the raspberries in the bottom of a glass or bowl. Top with cottage cheese, then remaining orange slices and raspberries. Serve with toast.

FRUIT AND NUT PARFAIT

almonds

maple syrup

bananas

portions of sunrise soya almonds tofu dessert (2x150 grams)

almond butter or peanut butter

strawberries and chia seeds

To a blender, add your tofu dessert, bananas (save a small piece) and nut butter. Pulse until smooth and creamy.

Grab a mixing bowl and stir together your sliced almonds, oats and maple syrup. optional: if you want a bit more crunch you can toast your oat mixture in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes!

Layer your parfait. Alternate between layers of your oat crumble, fresh strawberries and your blended parfait mixture.

Finish off with a final layer of sliced strawberries, sliced bananas and a sprinkle of chia seeds for an added health kick!
