Cut the papayas in half and remove the seeds. Cut the peel off the halves, roughly chop the peeled papaya and place in the blender. Cut a mango in half around the pit (there&#8217;s a large pit down the middle), scoop the flesh out of each half and place in the blender. Peel an orange, separate the sections, roughly chop into small pieces, and place in the blender.

Cover the fruit with the coconut milk, regular milk, and honey. Blend until very smooth. Add ice and blend until smooth, or serve chilled.

That is looking gooood!  It's made me want to try so many more exotic fruits.  I tend to just stick to what I know but a papaya will be on my hunt-down list next time I'm out shopping!

OH YUM. When I was in Africa we drank something similar to this {no ice} mixed with a third fruit -- avocado! It was amazing with a squeeze of lime on top. Loved it. You are going to SO MISS the tropical fruit!!!

Gorgeous! I've heard you can use those seeds for something.  Some people do eat them, but I've heard drying them &amp; grinding them like pepper is fantastic. (I used to live in Costa Rica).

Anyway, I'll be thinking about y'all in these last 40 days. There's nothing wrong with being a little homesick and wanting to move back home. It's ok :)

Blend

Place coconut yoghurt, coconut water, banana, almond meal and blackcurrant fruit syrup in a blender .Process for a couple of minutes until smooth.

Pouring Smoothie

Spoon 1 tsp of chia seeds each in four 250ml capacity glass bottles. Divide the blackcurrant shake equally between the four bottles by gently pouring on top of the chia seeds.

Shake

Secure the lid tightly and shake the bottle well to mix the drink evenly.

Chill

Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature. Keep in a lidded glass bottle in the fridge for up to three days.

What a delicious smoothie! I love that beautiful color and the texture looks perfect and so refreshing.

I make a lot of frozen fruit smoothies for myself and the kids. There is always a different mix of glass sizes wanted and I tended to always make too much and they don't keep well. I now just put all the ingredients in each of the cups and fill in with the liquid to account for the air space.  Then dump them into the ninja blender. It always results in exactly full cups and no waste. 
Also I like the ninja so much better than my old bottom blade blender that used to take forever.

I just recently bought a nutribullet. I used this as my first smoothie recipe and it tastes exactly like the one I always get from a smoothie shop! I used apple juice, mixed frozen berries, chia seeds and Greek yogurt and it tastes amazing!

Just made this with what I had on hand: oat milk, greek yogurt, and frozen blueberries &amp; raspberries. I only used 1/2 cup of the yogurt. Turned out really tasty! Thank you for the recipe!

Now I use almond milk when I make this so my husband will also enjoy it!  Tasty!

This is so good! Instead of apple juice I used cran-pomegranate juice, and my frozen fruits were blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries.
