Beat cream cheese, yogurt and Lemon Ginger Sugar and Spice Blend in medium bowl until smooth. Gently stir in berries. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve alone or over pound cake, sprinkled with additional Lemon Ginger Sugar and Spice Blend, if desired.

Simple Pear Compote

Ripe Pears (peeled and chopped)

Cup Apple Juice

Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Tsp Ground Nutmeg

Tbsp Unsalted Butter

Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Tsp Sea Salt

Tsp Ground Black Pepper

Cup Raisins (optional)

In a saucepan, add the pears, raisins (optional), apple juice, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and the butter and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.

Add in the apple cider vinegar, salt, ground black pepper and continue to cook until the sauce has thickened and the pears just begin to fall apart, approximately 5 minutes.

Set aside to let cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
