How to Make Mug Cake-  Quick and Easy in the Microwave

An easy microwave Vanilla Mug Cake (made without eggs) that&#x27;s the fastest way to make dessert for one or two. Enjoy it plain or add some mix-in&#x27;s!

Vanilla Mug Cake

all-purpose flour

sugar

baking powder

salt

butter (, melted)

milk

vanilla extract

sprinkles

Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a mug and stir together.

Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth, being sure to scrape the bottom of the mug. Stir in sprinkles.

Cook in microwave for 70-90 seconds* (until cake is just set, but still barely shiny on top). Allow to rest in microwave for 1 minute before consuming.

3-2-1 Microwave Mug Cake is made with only two main ingredients and water. It whips up in minutes and is the perfect single serving dessert!

3-2-1 Microwave Mug Cake

box Angel Food cake mix

cake mix

tub frosting (optional)

Pour both dry cake mixes into a gallon-size Ziploc bag.

Zip it up tight and begin to shake it well to make sure cake mixes are combined thoroughly.

In a clean mug (you do not need to grease the mug), combine 3 tbsp. of the combined cake mixes with 2 tbsp. of water.

Stir well until completely combined. Batter will get foamy as you stir.

Then pop it into the microwave.

Cook on high for 1 minute.
