Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. As oven preheats, place the butter in a 9x13 baking dish and put in oven for the butter to melt.

Place the eggs, milk, flour, salt and vanilla in a blender; cover and process until smooth.&nbsp;

Pour batter into the baking dish with the melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy

Remove from oven and sprinkle generously with syrup and powdered sugar or fresh lemon juice and powdered sugar.&nbsp;

These German Pancakes are a family favorite breakfast. A fast and simple way to make amazing, delicious, and fluffy pancakes that are baked in the oven.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Add butter to a glass 9x13 pan and melt in the oven.

Meanwhile in a blender or food processor combine eggs, flour, milk, and almond extract and blend for 1-2 minutes.

Once the butter has melted, spread around pan and add the rest of the ingredients.

Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes. Until golden brown and puffy.

Cut into squares and serve with syrup, fruit, powdered sugar, and our favorite- peanut butter.
