German sausage soup packed with flavorful sausage, potatoes &amp; green beans, for a comforting dinner your family will love! Easy homemade weeknight dinner made on the stove or in a crockpot!

German Sausage Soup

lb Sausage (cooked & in small pieces)

med Onion (diced)

med Russet Potatoes (diced)

oz Mushrooms (*optional)

Water

tsp Beef Bouillon ((or 3 bouillon cubes))

Salt

tsp Dried Basil

tsp Summer Savory Seasoning

Add the sausage to a large pot. Cook on low, using a chop stir to mince the meat into small pieces while you wash and trim the green beans.

Add in the green beans and then wash and scrub the potatoes. Dice potatoes and add them to the pot.

Dice your onion and add it to the pot as well.

Add in everything else and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to a simmer and let it cook for 2 hours. Serve hot &amp; enjoy!
