Peach Smoothie

yellow peaches (medium-sized, pitted and quartered)

ginger

orange (peeled)

orange zest (from one orange)

flaxseed

milk (unsweetened, cashew, almond

ice cubes

Add all ingredients in a blender and just 1 cup of ice to start.

Blend until a smooth and thickened texture is achieved, about 30 to 60 seconds. Add more ice for a thicker texture, up to 2 cups total.

Add more milk as needed to thin out smoothie to desired consistency.

Thumb-Sized Pieces of Ginger (peeled)

Vanilla extract

non-dairy milk (or more as needed)

Add everything to a blender. If your mixer isn&#039;t very high-powered, grate the ginger before adding.

Puree until smooth. Top with nutmeg to serve. I tossed in some extra ice to make it nice and cold, but that&#039;s not necessary.

approx 2½ inches long stick fresh ginger (, roughly x ½inch wide)

Remove the pits from the peaches and add them along with the other ingredients to a blender. I recommend starting with only half of the fresh ginger or ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger.

Blend until smooth then give it a taste. Add a little more ginger if you want a stronger flavour.

Serve immediately
