Greek Stuffed Chicken

olive oil

lemon juice

dill,

parsley,

garlic,

Kosher salt

black pepper

chicken breasts

zucchini,

tomatoes,

red onion,

lemons, halved and thinly sliced

c. crumbled feta

c. mozzarella

Made this tonight and it was amazing! I also left out the dill, not a fan, but still so good! Large chicken breasts took about 45 mins to cook. Only cut up one lemon and tomato and half an onion, I had a lot left over.

This recipe is flat. It looks good but there is hardly any spices so the taste is bland and boring.   It needs cayenne, smoked paprika or a seasoning salt.  Or all of the above.

& make sure you cut the lemon super thin or you will taste the bitterness more than you would like

Really loved everything about this chicken except the lemon rind gives a bit of a bitter taste, loved the yellow color so next  time will use yellow pepper instead of lemon and add lemon juice squeezed in the basting liquid.

Great and easy for weeknight.....loved this recipe

This was pretty good and surprisingly easy to make. I'm not a huge fan of dill so I'll be trying the other flavor combinations.

Great for a weeknight meal! My husband and I loved it. I omitted the dill, and it still tasted fantastic.
