Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend

tbsp chia seeds (for an omega-3 boost)

grated cheese (for

garlic powder (for extra savory notes)

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp onion powder (for enhanced savory taste)

herbs

Begin by spooning 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt into a mixing bowl.

Add 1 cup of almond flour to the bowl with the yogurt.

Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

Knead the mixture for a couple of minutes until it forms a firm dough. If the mixture is too sticky, gradually mix in more almond flour until the desired consistency is achieved.

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) as you shape the dough.

Take 1 tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.

Lightly spray or brush the balls with oil to ensure the seasoning adheres well.

Roll the oiled balls in everything bagel seasoning until they are evenly coated.

Place the seasoned balls into the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not touching for even cooking.

Air fry the bites for 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown and have a firm exterior.

Remove the bites from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Serve with cream cheese for dipping or as a protein-packed standalone snack.

This easy Greek Yogurt Chicken is juicy, perfectly seasoned, and has a delicious Mediterranean-inspired flavor. You'll be licking your lips!

Greek Yogurt Chicken

1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breasts)

olive oil (or avocado oil)

garlic (minced)

lemon juice

red wine vinegar

oregano

paprika

salt

black pepper

turmeric

Lemon wedges (for garnish (optional))

pita, fresh cucumber, red onion, rice, hummus, etc.

Prepare the marinade. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, fresh dill, dried oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and turmeric powder. Mix well.

Marinate the chicken. Add the chicken thighs and coat them evenly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, 2-4 hours for the best results, or overnight if that works best. Note: Chicken that is marinated for longer than 12-24 hours can become “mushy” or have a texture that is too soft.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Cook the chicken. Arrange the chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet, shaking off any excess marinade. Bake for 26–30 minutes, or until the thickest portion of each piece reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF (74ºC)(*see notes for more information).

Broil (optional): For a slightly charred finish, broil for 2–3 minutes. Watch the oven carefully, as it’s easy for food to burn under the broil setting!

Rest and serve. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve garnished with fresh dill and lemon wedges. Enjoy with salad, pita, rice, roasted veggies, or the sides of your choice!

Such a great way to use up Greek yogurt that is close to date, and it makes really tender chicken! So good and so easy to make too.

All you need for this 3-ingredient pizza dough is flour, Greek yogurt, and salt—no yeast or rising time required! Simply mix, shape, and press onto a small sheet pan. Greek Yogurt Pizza Dough (Easy Deep Dish Recipe!)

flour

Greek yogurt (I prefer an authentic Greek brand, but any will work.)

pizza sauce

grated cheese ((I

ham (or chopped)

pineapple (drained (finely chopped canned is convenient))

Preheat the oven to 445F/230C for a fan oven and prepare a quarter size sheet pan or baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 445F/230C (this is for a fan oven - in a conventional oven increase the temperature to 480F/250C). Lightly spray a quarter size sheet pan or baking dish (roughly 9 x 13 inches) with oil, or line it with baking paper.

Put the 3 dough ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until crumbly.

Put the flour, salt and yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Mix with a silicon spatula or wooden spoon until it's a crumbly consistency with all the yogurt mixed in.

Knead the dough until you have a moist ball.

Now use your hands to gather it into a dough. Knead until you have a smooth(ish) ball. At first it might seem dry, but as you knead it it will become more moist as the yogurt gets completely combined. It should be moist but not too sticky or too dry. Add a little more flour if too sticky to handle, or a drizzle of milk or water if at all dry.

Press onto the prepared sheet pan or dish.

Press the dough onto the sheet pan/into the baking dish. Push it into the corners and sides with your hands (it doesn't have to be perfect).

Par-bake for 10 minutes.

Par-bake for 10 minutes. The edges may start to turn a light golden color.

Add the toppings.

Remove the crust from the oven. Spread/Scatter over the sauce and other toppings.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Bake again for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbling. Cut into 9 or more rectangles to serve.

Made half the recipe and it was amazing…turned out better than expected!
