Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Toss asparagus lightly in oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

Grill, turning occasionally, until tender and charred, 3 to 4 minutes.

This is an amazing recipe, and very easy. I deviated slightly by seasoning it with my kitchen mixture of salt pepper and garlic powder. To make it easier I used to spray olive oil prior to seasoning.  Four minutes on the grill it was about right. It was perfectly cooked, and incredibly tasty.

This is an amazing and simple recipe. Asparagus is so much better grilled! I shared with a couple of people that don’t like asparagus, and they ate most of what was cooked!

Don't forget to stir up the Hollandaise sauce!

How to Grill Asparagus (Perfect Easy 3-Ingredient Recipe)

Preheat your grill for high heat (about 400-450°F).

Meanwhile: wash the asparagus and trim the bottoms. I usually count 3 to 4 spears per person, but also some to taste as they come out of the grill.

Put them on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil. Not too much, you want them coated, not dripping.

Sprinkle the asparagus with kosher salt. Toss to coat.

Grill your asparagus about 2 minutes each side, until they are slightly charred. You want to cook them just enough to warm them up and give them some nice grilled marks, but leave a nice crunch. If you prefer your asparagus softer you can cook until your desired tenderness is reached.

Serve warm!

I love asparagus and these turned out far better than mine ever have in the past. I did not realize what a huge difference grilling them makes. A+!
