This Grilled Chicken Wrap recipe is just perfect for an easy lunch or simple weeknight dinner. Add all your favorite salad veggies and a delicious sauce for a delicious summer meal.

Grilled Chicken Wrap

lb (500 grams) chicken breasts

olive oil

lemon juice

oregano

paprika

tsp salt

tzatziki

wraps (warmed)

lettuce

tomato

red onion

Place the chicken breasts on a chopping board then carefully slice in half, horizontally, creating two thin chicken cutlets.

Combine all the marinade ingredients then add the chicken and coat the chicken in the marinade. Cover and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes but up to 24 hours in the fridge.&nbsp;

Make the tzatziki according to recipe instructions.&nbsp;

Cook the chicken in a hot pan/grill pan for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. 

Serve the grilled chicken with the tzatziki, lettuce, tomato and onion in a warmed wrap.&nbsp;

So simple and tasty. Prepped all the components last night so having this for lunch all week long.
