This Keto Bread Recipe is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and low carb.

The BEST Low Carb Keto Bread Recipe (Dairy Free)

Organic Eggs

tsp Cream of Tartar

1.5 C. Almond Flour

Tbsp Softened Grass-fed Butter

tsp Baking Powder

Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or avocado oil.  Set pan aside.

Separate egg whites from the egg yolks.  Add egg whites to a large mixing bowl and yolks to a separate smaller bowl.  Set bowl of yolks aside.

Add cream of tartar to bowl of egg whites.  Using an electric hand mixer, whisk egg whites until it forms a foam-like texture.  It should look similar to whipped cream (see recipe video for reference).  Set bowl of egg whites aside.

In a food processor, add the egg yolks, 1/3 of the egg white mixture, almond flour, softened butter or ghee, baking powder, and sea salt.  Blend until combined.

Add the remaining egg whites to the food processor and pulse a few times until incorporated.  Be careful not to over process it.

Transfer this mixture into your loaf pan.  Bake bread for 30 minutes or until fully cooked through.  You can use the toothpick method by poking the bread and if the toothpick comes out clean, it’s ready!

Let bread cool completely before removing from the loaf pan.  Keep bread stored in refrigerator wrapped in saran wrap or foil.  You can use this bread for sandwiches, avocado toast, and you can also add some oil to a skillet and toast the bread.  Will last up to a week in the refrigerator.

Gluten Free Honey Oat Bread | Homemade Bread Recipe

tsp Baking Soda

C. Rolled Oats

C. Coconut Oil, melted

C. Raw Honey

C. Unsweetened Almond Milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease with oil.  Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, sift the gluten free flour to remove all lumps. **I like to sift with this strainer I found on Amazon.  Then, add the baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.  Gently mix.

In a separate mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, melted coconut oil, yogurt, egg, and honey.  Mix with a whisk until fully combined.  Then, slowly pour in the almond milk and continue to mix until fully combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and gently mix until fully incorporated.  The texture will be slightly thick, not watery.

Transfer this mixture into the loaf pan.  Spread evenly.  Sprinkle some rolled oats over top.  Bake bread for 45-55 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean.

Once done, allow bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes then transfer bread to a cooling rack to cool completely.  ENJOY!

Whole Wheat Honey Bread Recipe - 5 Loaves

Cups Whole Wheat Flour (freshly milled)

Cups Warm Water

⅔ Cup Olive Oil

⅓ Cup Honey

Eggs

Tablespoons Yeast

Tablespoons Dough Enhancer (optimal)

Tablespoons Lecithin (optimal)

½ Tablespoons Gluten (optimal)

Salt

Mix the first group of ingredients with half the flour in Bosch mixer and let sponge for 15 minutes.

Mix in remaining flour and the second group of ingredients until the dough begins to pull away from the sides of the machine. 

Let the machine knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.  

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Remove the dough and shape into the loaf pans. Let rise for 30 minutes covered in a draft-free place or until doubled in size. 

Bake for 27 minutes.

For more information on mixing bread, refer to the instructions in &quot;Denise&#039;s Soft and Satiny Bread&quot; in the Bosch mixer.

Ovens will vary with temperatures and times for baking. A dark golden color is perfect. To test the bread for doneness take the loaf out of the oven and remove from the pan. Thump the bottom. If you hear a hollow sound it is perfect.

Homemade Bread Class - Amazing Nutrition Benefits and How To Bake!

 This easy recipe for healthy paleo pumpkin bread is incredibly moist and fluffy. Made from simple ingredients like almond flour and maple syrup, this gluten-free bread pairs perfectly with your morning cup of coffee. 

Paleo Pumpkin Bread (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

pumpkin

eggs

maple syrup

tsp vanilla

almond flour

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

tbsp pumpkin pie spice

chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F and prepared loaf pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.

In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla.

In another smaller bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

Add dry ingredients to wet and stir till combined.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center comes out clean when tested with toothpick. If top begins to brown, cover halfway through with aluminum foil.

Tastes good but I baked it almost 90 min and it is still mushy in the middle. Toothpick came out clean but never cooked all the way

This bread was actually really great! I was unsure since it was such a simple recipe compared to others, but it’s super moist and full of flavor. I used Lily’s White Baking Chips. Will definitely make again.

I used date syrup in place of maple syrup and hu chocolate gems. Amazing!!!
