Heavenly Angel Food Cake

egg whites,

cream of tartar

vanilla extract

Splenda® Sugar Blend, divided use

corn syrup

cake flour

cornstarch

In a bowl using an electric mixer, beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and vanilla extract on high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add ¼ cup Splenda Sugar Blend and corn syrup and beat until blended.

Sift flour and cornstarch together into another bowl. Add remaining ¾ cup Splenda Sugar Blend and stir until blended.

Sprinkle ¼ of the flour mixture over the egg whites. Fold gently to combine. Repeat procedure three times with the remaining flour mixture.

Pour batter into an ungreased 10” tube pan and spread evenly. Run a knife through the batter to remove air bubbles.

Bake on lowest rack in oven for 40–45 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

Set pan upside-down on a wire rack; cool cake in pan for 30–40 minutes. Run a narrow metal spatula around sides to loosen cake; remove from pan and cool completely on the wire rack.

You know that if I name a casserole heavenly chicken and rice casserole it&#39;s going to be sent straight from the heavens above to your dinner table. Now, I have made a lot of casseroles in my lifetime and as a content creator, but this casserole deserves the title it currently holds! Not only is it the most delicious casserole you&#39;ll ever try, but it is so simple to make it is sinful. I made this with rotisserie chicken to make it even easier, however you can always saute chucks of chicken breasts or boil chicken breasts, shred it up, and add it to the casserole. You&#39;ll also need simple ingredients such as a can of Campbell&#39;s soup, freshly shredded cheese, cream cheese, green onions, and a few more sneaky little ingredients to make this the angelic dish it is. Let&#39;s make it!

Heavenly Chicken and Rice Casserole

rotisserie chicken (shredded)

white rice

0.60 oz Good Seasons zesty Italian seasoning mix

garlic

10.5 oz can of cream of chicken with herbs soup

freshly shredded colby jack (save about a ¼ cup for the top)

green onions (sliced (save some for garnish))

oz cream cheese (room temperature)

salted butter (room temperature & divided)

Ritz crackers (32 crackers, crushed up)

In a large bowl add shredded chicken, cooked rice, Italian seasoning mix, minced garlic, cream of chicken with herbs soup, shredded cheddar cheese (saving ¼ cup for the topping), and sliced green onions (saving some for garnish). Mix that all together until fully combined. Set aside.

In a microwave safe bowl or measuring cup, add in cream cheese and 1 stick of butter (4 tbsp). Microwave that for about 30 seconds until soft and slightly melty. Take it out and whisk it together until combined and creamy. Pour that butter cream cheese mixture into the bowl with the chicken rice mixture, and mix everything together until combined.

Transfer that creamy chicken mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth it out. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of shredded cheese evenly over the top. Set aside.

In a small microwave safe bowl or measuring cup, add in a ½ stick of butter (4 tbsp) and heat it in the microwave until melted. In another bowl add crushed up ritz crackers and pour that melted butter over the crushed crackers. Mix that together until combined. Sprinkle the buttery crushed crackers evenly over the top of the casserole.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 375°F for 15 minutes. Once it's been 15 minutes uncover it and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Garnish it with the remaining green onions and Enjoy!
