Airfryer Prawn Toast

Prawns

tbsp sesame oil

garlic

Mingle’s Hoisin seasoning

white bread

2-3 tbsp Mingle’s Everything bagel seasoning

In a bowl, Mash prawns to a paste then add minced garlic, sesame oil &amp;amp; Mingle’s Hoisin seasoning &amp;amp; mix together

Spread prawn mixture across white bread &amp;amp; coat top with Mingle’s Everything bagel seasoning

Cut bread into triangular quarters &amp;amp; dip bottom side of bread in egg then pop in the airfryer for 10-15 mins (until golden brown)

Serve with Mingle’s sweet chilli sauce &amp;amp; enjoy

Mingle’s bagel seasoning

Hot sauce

In a large bowl, mix together pork mince, Mingle’s Hoisin seasoning, sesame oil &amp;amp; coriander until combined

Smash pork mince mixture on to your tortillas &amp;amp; place on an oiled pan (on medium high heat), mixture side down. Cook for 4 mins then flip &amp;amp; cook for another minute or until cooked through, to crisp up the tortilla.

Garnish with cucumber, spring onions &amp;amp; Mingle’s Bagel seasoning &amp;amp; enjoy :))
