Absolutely loved this salad and so did my family! I omitted the Bleu cheese and I didn’t think it was missing anything, I used 2 different types of apple.

Excellent salad. For those who don't care for blue cheese, feta also works well.  We have this often at family gatherings

I made this for a work function party, was a hit. Great recipe!
