5 Easy &amp; Healthy Homemade Marinades

apple cider vinegar

coconut aminos

tbsp avocado or olive oil

garlic powder

tbsp black pepper

onion powder

paprika

tsp sea salt

parsley (packed)

cilantro (packed)

chives

shallot

garlic

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tbsp white wine vinegar

olive oil

maple syrup

tbsp apple cider vinegar

garlic (minced)

ginger

cilantro (finely diced)

limes (juice of)

tsp chili powder

tomato paste

tsp ground pepper

Place all of the ingredients in the processor and pulse to a semi-smooth consistency. Alternatively, ff you don’t have a food processor, finely chop the parsley, cilantro, chives, shallot and garlic and mix with the remaining ingredients. Use as a marinade for about 1 pound of meat.

For the fresh herb marinade:

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl or shallow dish and mix well. Use as a marinade for about 1 pound of meat.
