No-Bake Oatmeal Energy Balls – 3 Easy Recipes

(200 grams) Pitted medjool dates

(90 grams) Rolled oats

(80 grams) Natural peanut butter

Flax seeds

Salt

(80 grams) Tahini paste

Sesame seeds

Cocoa powder

Chia seeds

Vanilla extract

Desiccated coconut

Vegan Energy Balls

rolled oats (gluten free, if needed)

peanut butter (can substitute

maple syrup

tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

Line a plate or dish with parchment paper and set it aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine your oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup, until combined. Fold through your chocolate chips.

Using your hands, form into small balls and place them on the lined plate. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, to firm up.
