Baked Honey Cilantro Lime Salmon in Foil

limes ((plus one lime, thinly sliced))

cilantro (roughly chopped)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line and grease a large baking sheet with foil. Lay salmon on foil and season with salt and pepper on both sides to taste. Slip lime slices underneath the salmon.

Stir together butter, lime juice, honey, and garlic. Pour mixture over salmon. Fold sides of foil up over the salmon (don't worry if it doesn't cover the salmon completely).

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Switch oven to broil and cook another 5 minutes. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top and serve.

Season the salmon with salt and black pepper. Mix the honey, soy sauce and lime juice together, stir to combine well.

Heat up a skillet with the olive oil....

Heat up a skillet with the olive oil. When it's heated, add the salmon and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the honey mixture into the skillet, spooning the honey lime sauce on the salmon. Finish it off by roasting the salmon in the oven for 10 minute or until the fish is cooked through. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
