Homemade horseradish sauce is easy to make and pairs perfectly with juicy slices of prime rib, filet mignon, or roast beef sandwiches.

Horseradish Sauce

sour cream

horseradish (finely grated)

water (more as needed for a thinner sauce)

mayonnaise

dijon mustard

white wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

lemon juice

honey

chives (optional)

salt

black pepper

Use a peeler to remove the outer skin of the horseradish root. Use a fine grater to grate the root into shreds.

In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream, horseradish, water, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, chives (if using), salt, and pepper. Season to taste with more salt and pepper. Add more horseradish root if desired for a spicier taste. Add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time for a thinner sauce.

Cover and refrigerate if not using right away, or up to 7 days.

This is the best Horseradish Sauce recipe! It’s creamy, zesty, and made in two simple steps. Serve it with roast beef, prime rib, and pork tenderloin for celebratory meals such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinner.

sour cream ((120 grams))

mayonnaise ((56 grams))

horseradish

chives

In a medium bowl, add the sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, chives, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

cream cheese (softened)

horseradish (adjust to taste)

Stone House Seasoning (optional)

sour cream (optional)

Cream butter and add in cream cheese. Cream together until fluffy. Stir in horseradish and Stone House Seasoning. Cover tightly with wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to a week. When ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving.&nbsp;

If you desire a thinner sauce, add the sour cream and mix until well combined.
