Forget the crackers. In this easy recipe, the fluffy biscuits bake with the cheesy spinach dip in the skillet. It's the perfect holiday appetizer and will slay at any party. 

Baked Biscuit Wreath Dip

refrigerated biscuits (such as Pillsbury)

olive oil,

Parmesan

c. mozzarella

ricotta

c. spinach,

mayonnaise

garlic powder

kosher salt

red pepper flakes,

Turned out great.  My daughter-in-law liked it so much last Christmas that I'm making it again.

I used the pillsbury crescent rolls. 2 packs. Makes 16 small rolls. I would have preferred homemade rolls but I didn’t have time to make them. I cut back a little on the spinach and added some artichoke hearts to blance the mix and used cream cheese instead of ricotta as someone else suggested. These were a HIT! Amazing recipe and it can be tweaked to fit your liking.

I usually just use scissors to cut the individual biscuits & then just roll them into a ball in the palm of my hand. Such a beautiful presentation & so delicious!

Made for a holiday gathering. Excellent !!!

Pretzel Ring Beer Cheese Dip

This hot spinach dip is a blend of cooked spinach, three types of cheese and seasonings, all baked together to melted cheesy perfection. An easy make-ahead party snack that's sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Spinach Dip

cream cheese (softened)

sour cream

spinach leaves

garlic

salt

pepper

parmesan cheese

mozzarella cheese (divided use)

parsley

bread, crackers and vegetables

cooking spray

Steam or saute the spinach until wilted. Let cool, then wring out all the excess water. Coarsely chop the spinach.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a small baking dish or skillet with cooking spray.

Place the cream cheese, sour cream, cooked spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Stir until well combined.

Spread the spinach mixture into the prepared dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese is melted. Turn the oven to broil and cook for 2-3 more minutes or until cheese starts to brown.&nbsp;

Sprinkle with chopped parsley then serve with bread, crackers and vegetables.

Spinach Artichoke Dip

plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

mayo (I prefer olive oil

garlic garlic

mozzarella cheese

artichoke hearts (drained, chopped)

spinach

peppers

salt (to taste)

black pepper

tortilla chips or thinly sliced baguette (for serving)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), mayo, garlic, mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, spinach, jalapeño peppers, and salt and pepper.

Spread mixture into a deep dish pie dish, or a 9x13 inch pan.

Bake 25 minutes or until cheese are bubbly and begin to brown.

Serve with chips, crackers, or bread. Enjoy!

This cheesy hot spinach dip is perfect for parties! You can double or triple this lightened up recipe as needed and it’s always a hit.

Hot Spinach Dip

oz spinach

Parmigiano Reggiano

scallion (chopped)

garlic (crushed)

(4 oz) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.

Place in an oven-proof dish and bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted.

Serve right away.

Very nice!! I used the leftovers to top reheated grilled chicken. I will definitely be using this dip to stuff chicken breasts when the weather cools this winter. And it was a great dip for other veg: sweet peppers and fried mushrooms. Thank you!
