Sup bakso ayam (chicken meatballs soup) can be enjoyed as is, or you can boil some rice noodles, ramen noodles, udon, e.t.c. to make a complete meal.

Sup Bakso Ayam - Chicken Meatballs Soup

chicken stock

baby bokchoy, washed and drained,

salt,

sugar,

ground pepper

scallions

Chinese celery, or substitute with fresh cilantro leaves

shallot flakes

garlic

Boil the chicken stock in a soup pot over medium heat.

Add chicken meatballs (bakso ayam) and tofu cubes. Cook until boiling.

Add bok choy, season with salt, sugar, and ground pepper.

Once it boils, turn off the heat. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Hello :) I made this recipe tonight, and it was another hit!  I followed the recipe exactly, along with your recipe for Bakso Ayam.  I didn't have Chinese greens on hand, so I tried chopped carrot and cabbage cut in one inch squares:) I also sprinkled a pinch of nutmeg into the soup for added flavour.  Very satisfying soup!
