Open the lid.*Pro Tip: For large eggs, reduce the pressure cooking time by 1 minute.

Serve: Immediately place the eggs in a bowl of cold water for 30 seconds. Rinse the eggs under cold running water for 5 seconds. Then, pour out the water in the bowl and refill it with cold water and place the eggs back into the bowl for another 3 minutes. Peel the egg in running tap water. Serve &amp; enjoy~

Spray the silicone molds with non-stick spray. set aside.

Whip together the eggs and sour cream until smooth.

Divide the eggs into the 12 silicone molds. Sprinkle any add-ins desired into each mold.

Place the water into the liner of the Instant Pot. Place the trivet into the Instant Pot.

Carefully transfer the silicone molds into the Instant Pot. Arrange and layer as needed.*

Learn how to make perfect hard boiled eggs in the Instant Pot every time with this easy recipe. They make a great snack, or use them to make classic deviled eggs. 

Add COLD water to the Instant Pot.

Place the trivet or an egg rack in the pot.

Add as many eggs as desired to the pot.

Place lid on pot and set to SEAL.

Hit MANUAL high pressure and set time for 5 minutes.

It will take about 5 minutes for the pressure to build then a countdown timer will begin.

Once the time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.

Remove eggs from the pot and place in an ice water bath for 5 minutes.

PERFECT Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs (Easy Peel)

Instant Pot Egg Bites are fluffy, high-protein, and easy to customize—great for meal prep and cheaper to make than buying from Starbucks.

Nonstick cooking spray

Add 1 cup of water to the base of the Instant Pot. Set the trivet inside. Lightly spray the inside of the silicone molds and set aside.

Add the eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, hot sauce, onion powder, and salt to the blender. Cover and blend on high until smooth.

Pour the egg mixture into the molds, filling up about ⅔ of the way. Add the roasted bell pepper and the spinach to the cups and gently stir to evenly disperse the ingredients. Use the silicone lids to cover the molds. Stack the molds on top of the trivet and carefully transfer to the instant pot.

Place the lid on the Instant Pot and lock it in place. Be sure the vent is in the sealed position. Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes, then allow the machine to naturally release for 10 minutes. Release any remaining pressure using the valve.

Use oven mitts or a kitchen towel to carefully lift the trivet with the molds out of the instant pot. Let cool for 10 minutes before unmolding the egg bites. Use an offset spatula to loosen the egg bites from the sides of the silicone molds.

Enjoy warm or cool them, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave or in the air fryer.

I just made these and, holy moly!, they're amazing!  So quick and easy to whip up - I can't wait to try some of the variations!

These are great! I will definitely be repeating this recipe. These are great for a quick breakfast during the school year or on my way to work.

Delicious!! My husband ate 4 and I think he would have eaten more, but he knew I planned on this being more than 1 day’s breakfast!

Bought the suggested silicone molds for the instant pot.  Followed the recipe exactly - when I went to take them out the bites ended up being misshapen and with an indent in the side - as if they tried to rise and then got squished because of the lid.  Either way - while they tasted good they were not pretty.  The molds are bulky, going to be annoying to store, probably have this one use - I don't think they are worth it - Im going to just use the silicone muffin tin I already have which Ive been using for your broccoli cheese egg muffins.

I don't have an insta pot so mine were cooked in oven.  They are Delicious! I have made them several times with different variations of vegetables.  I make a batch on Sundays to grab for a quick breakfast in then morning during the week &amp; they reheat well in the microwave.

Made them with cheddar, bacon, and chives…. Amazing. Best thing ever. Can’t wait to try out more combos.
