Chicken thighs marinated in Kalbi Sauce/Marinade overnight then grilled to perfection! I have garnished Kalbi Chicken with chopped Scallions/Green Onions &amp; sesame seeds.Tastes heavenly!

Kalbi (Galbi) Chicken /Korean BBQ Chicken

1.25 LBS Chicken thighs (cut into 2 inch pieces)

OZ Kalbi Sauce/Marinade (I have used Seoul Brand)

TBSP Red Chili powder (spicy)

Scallion/Green Onion (finely chopped)

TSP Sesame seeds (toasted)

CUP Jasmine Sticky rice (Pre-Cooked)

Marinate chicken pieces overnight in Kalbi Sauce

Heat Stove Top Grill On high flame then spray with oil

Add red chili powder to marinated chicken. Mix well

Place marinated chicken pieces on grill and cook each side for 3 minutes or until done

Layer serving dish with cooked rice then place cooked Kalbi Chicken pcs on it

Garnish with sesame seeds &amp; chopped scallion/green onion

Kalbi (Galbi) Chicken/Korean BBQ Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1.25 lbs of skinless chicken thighs - cut into 2 inch pieces
5 to 7 oz. Kalbi Sauce - I have used Seoul Brand 
1 tbsp red chili powder
oil to spray stove top grill/griddle
1 scallion/green onion - finely chopped
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 cup cooked Basmati or Jasmine rice

Method:
Marinated chicken thigh pieces in Kalbi sauce overnight/minimum 2 hours
Heat stove top grill/griddle to high and spray with cooking oil
Add red chili powder to marinated chicken, mix well
Place chicken pieces on grill, 3 mins per side or until cooked completely
Layer serving dish with cooked rice & place grilled Kalbi chicken on it
Garnish with chopped scallion/green onion and sesame seeds
Wallah! Your Kalbi (Galbi) Chicken/Korean BBQ Chicken is ready!
