Here's an easy way to make a copycat Wendy's chocolate frosty that tastes very similar to the real deal! The texture is like a frozen mousse.

heavy whipping cream

almond butter

cocoa powder

liquid stevia sweetener

vanilla extract

Keto Frosty from Delish.com is amazingly simple.

Keto Frosty

c. heavy whipping cream

tbsp. keto-friendly powdered sugar sweetener,

pure vanilla extract

kosher salt

In a large bowl, combine cream, cocoa, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Using a hand mixer or the whisk attachment of a stand mixer, beat mixture until stiff peaks form. Scoop mixture into a Ziploc&nbsp;bag and freeze 30 to 35 minutes, until just frozen.

Cut tip off a corner of the&nbsp;Ziploc bag&nbsp;and pipe into serving dishes.

Delish. I thought it was lacking so I added a tbsp of peanut butter. Delish.

When my kids and husband are having sweets it's hard to not want something to satisfy my sweet tooth. This was really good and it doesn't take any time to put together. Made it once per the instructions above and added espresso per another person's suggestion and both batches were good.

This is a perfect treat for this diabetic pregnant lady! I added peppermint extract too! Daughter enjoyed it before it got in the freezer. It’s not as sweet as some may think but it is great!

I really like this recipe! I portioned mine in half cup plastic storage containers with lids. They're about the size of a pudding cup. I was able to get five out of it, with a little left to lick out of the bowl! I do agree that you don't need to freeze it if you're ready to eat it right away.

Just made it! Super good! Next time I’ll add half the Swerve though because it was a little sweet for my taste.

Just made this. It is delicious and I was sceptical! It turns out fluffy like pudding frosting with peaks like meringue. Nice light flavor, not over chocolatey. I think it would be good to just put in pudding cups or as a fruit dipafter it's cold! Can't wait to get it from the freezer!!

I made this but I used a little more whipping cream than the recipe stated (only because it wasn't going to be enough to do anything else with) and as I whipped it up it got thicker and thicker of course and then next thing I knew it was super thick and wonderful like mousse! My husband said that it's welcome to happen again. It was delicious!

hey! this was easy and fun to make together with my 9 year old :) but we agree that 3 tablespoons was too many. i suggest using 1, and gradually adding until its tastes to your liking and then whip.

So here is what I did to control calorie and carb content.  I made 1/2 of the recipe so 2 servings and put the mixture into 8 silicone baking cups.  This made the 640 cal  for 2 servings 80 cal per silicone cup.  8 carbs for 2 serving became 1 carb per cup.  2 fibers for 2 servings is now .25 for each cup.  68 fat for 2 servings is now 8.5 per cup.  42 sat fat for 2 servings is now 5.25 per cup. Will check in morning to see if I can pop out of silicone and let thaw a little to drink like a milkshake.  Worst case I spoon out of cup and eat. 😊

This is a true Wendy's copy cat! Can't tell the difference. The shake is so easy to make, it's delicious! Instead of taking my kids to Wendy's to get a shake I'll make them one 😊.

I went with the peanut butter on the first try, yummy! Then my wife added some cinnamon powder - oh yeah!

I’m sure this is really delicious but that’s 1.5 cups of heavy cream and for me I’d rather use 4 tablespoons heavy cream and a cup coconut almond milk or unsweet cashew milk. Add a teaspoon of mct oil instead for healthier fat option. But yes I know of course this is good, delish always has some banging recipes, love these guys! ❤️
