In a medium bowl whisk together almond flour, eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking powder together.

Spoon 1/4 cup of pancake mix onto a hot oiled skillet and cooke until done, flipping occasionally.

Serve with your favorite bacon, low carb berries or low carb syrup

In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, cream cheese, eggs, and lemon zest until smooth.

In a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Pour in about 3 tablespoons batter and cook until golden, 2 minutes. Flip and cook 2 minutes more. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.

They were very tasty! I added 1/4 tsp of cinnamon instead of lemon zest.

these are excellent . i did add the 1/2 tsp of baking powder. they are the closest thing i have had to real pancakes, actually better than some i have had.

These pancakes are my go-to meal when I want to stay on track but eat something sweet. Pumpkin spice in the batter is delicious and Walden Farms sugar free syrup is awesome with these!!

My daughter just made these, and WOW! they're fantastic!  Added 1 Tsp. Baking Powder as other have suggested, and they were wonderful.

I was craving pancakes and these did the trick.  Definitely skeptical at first because I don't love cream cheese, but these didn't taste like it at all.  Super fluffy...I also added 1/2 tsp of baking powder:-). Thanks for this!

Terrible. My kids saw my reaction and wanted to try it (because, hey, it couldn't be that bad). They both started dry heaving. I would describe the flavor as cardboard that got wet then dried out then got wet then dried out again then had any remaining flavor removed, but then had a little tree bark added for texture.

Don't get me wrong. I like food. And every other recipe I have tried on delish has been amazing. But I wouldn't even wish this meal on our politicians in DC.

Using your hand blender for easier maneuver, whisk eggs with sweetener until fluffy light consistency. It will help at the end for your pancakes to be extra fluffy.

Once whisk your eggs and sweetener properly, add all other ingredients needed.

Whisk once again using your hand Blender until your batter is thoroughly combined.

Heat your non-stick pan and add a bit of extra virgin olive oil. With a tablespoon, drop two tablespoons of the batter into the middle of the pan.

Let it cook on medium-high until you see tiny bubbles on top of the pancake.

Using a pancake spatula, turn the pancakes, cover with the lid and let cook until lightly brown.
