These keto protein bars take just 15 minutes to make and have 13g of protein per serving. They&#039;re made with heart healthy macadamia nuts and sugar-free white chocolate for a delectable keto snack. Only 2g net carbs per bar!

Keto Protein Bars Recipe

macadamia nuts (divided)

unflavored whey protein isolate

almond flour (or 3 tbsp coconut flour)

Swerve Confectioners (or other powdered sweetener)

tsp vanilla extract

tsp salt

water

chocolate

coconut oil

Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment or waxed paper. Set aside about 10 of the macadamia nuts and use a sharp knife to chop them finely.

Place the remaining macadamia nuts in a food processor and grind until they start to release their oils and become a nut butter. You will have to scrape down the blade and sides of the processor multiple times.

Add the protein powder, almond flour, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Continue to process until well mixed, scraping down the sides as needed.

At this point, the mixture will be quite dry. Add 1/4 cup of the water and continue to process until the mixture begins to clump together. Add more water as needed, a little at a time. Once you can squeeze the mixture together in the palm of your hand, it&#39;s ready.

Transfer to a bowl and stir in half of the white chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Press the mixture into the prepared pan firmly and evenly. Refrigerate about an hour to firm up.

Lift out by the edges of the parchment and slice into 8 bars.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the remaining white chocolate chips and the coconut oil. Melt on high in short bursts, stirring frequently until smooth. Drizzle over the bars.

This looks great, but can I use the allulose instead?

I plan to try these this week--I will use my Pampered Chef bar pan--I also use it for Carolyn's granola bars--works great!!

I have made several of your desert recipes over the past few yoars, ALL were incredible!

These easy no-bake Keto Protein Bars are a perfect fulfilling snack or post-workout snack to refuel for the day.

Keto Protein Bars

Almond Butter (or peanut butter)

Protein Powder

Flour

Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

Coconut Oil (melted)

Vanilla Extract

3.5 oz Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate

Coconut oil

Line a 9-inch x 5-inch loaf pan with lightly oiled parchment paper. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add almond butter, keto maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds to soften, and stir the mixture to combine.

Stir in the protein powder and 3 tablespoons of coconut flour to start. Start stirring with a spoon then as it becomes dry, squeeze by hand to bring the ingredients together. The dough should resemble playdough, be soft, stick together but not to your fingers, and not dry or crumbly.

Set aside 10 minutes to let the fiber and protein absorb liquid then check the dough consistency. Note that each protein powder brand and sugar-free maple syrup have different compositions and you may have to adjust the batter to reach the right consistency.

If the dough is too wet, add the extra tablespoon of coconut flour, and squeeze or knead by hand to incorporate. If too dry, add 1 extra tablespoon of sugar-free syrup.

Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and press it evenly.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt sugar-free chocolate and coconut oil. Pour melted sugar-free chocolate on top of the bar.

Freeze for 20 minutes or until the chocolate has fully set.

Cut the keto protein bars into 10 slices.

Adjust

Cut into 10 bars and store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze up to 3 months and thaw in the fridge the day before.

Storage

I made these yesterday and they are so good. I didn't have the maple syrup but did have resistant dextrin syrup (basically the same but without maple flavor). For the chocolate topping I added whey protein puffs to the melted chocolate before spreading on top to give some crunch and increase the protein. Thank you so much for the recipe. I will be sticking with this one.

MADE YOUR RECIPE TODAY and want to thank you for this thoughtful and delicious recipe!  I was about to purchase some QUE** protein bars at the grocery store, but then I remembered saving this recipe a while ago and decided to try it today.  The recipe was followed exactly "except" that I added inulin and psyllium in place of some coconut flour to boost the fiber (am older and need more fiber).  I did use 2 TBSP of coconut flour also.  These bars turned out soooooo delicious - with a great consistency and chew.  I will be using this recipe again in the future, instead of purchasing the pre-made bars.  And will be trying more from your genious library of healthy recipes. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR SHARING WITH US!

Would like to try these. All ingredients look great. I would like a lot more protein grams per bar.  How easy is it to increase the protein powder and would I need to adjust any other ingredients to accommodate?
