Keto Garlic Butter Salmon | Easy, Healthy, &amp; Low Carb

salmon

Tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper

Cup (250 milliliters) heavy cream

Tbsp butter

Cloves of garlic, minced

Cups (100 grams) fresh spinach

Just under ½ cup (40 grams) parmesan cheese

Vegetable (or chicken) Bouillon Cube

Lemon

parsley

Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season salmon with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Sear in the hot skillet (flesh-side down first) for 3-5 minutes on each side. Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.

Melt the 3 tbsps. of butter in the same skillet. Sauté minced garlic and then add fresh spinach. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Reduce heat to low-medium heat, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Add the boullion cube to the cream and let it simmer again (add water if necessary, if you like the sauce to be thinner).

Add the parmesan cheese and allow sauce to gently simmer for a another minute or so until the cheese melts and sauce thickens.

Add the salmon back into the pan, cover it with the sauce, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Probably wouldn’t bother with the bullion (sodium level), but other than that huge thumbs up from my boyfriend.

This was delicious!! For the buillion cube, I used "better than buillion" chicken flavor. They only change I made was added complete seasoning to the fish and the cream sauce. As a side I made lemon/sazon flavored cauliflower rice. I will definitely be using this recipe again!!! Thank you!

Wow!  This salmon was soooo good and so quick and easy. My husband and son raved about it. It will definitely go onto the regular weeknight dinner rotation. The ingredients are things I’ve pretty much always got on hand and only one pot to wash for the win!

This is so delicious, as I was making it just for myself, I cooked two salmon darnes and some prawns, and reduced the recipe.  Had the second piece of salmon the following day, reheats well in the oven covered.  So tasty, I had it with cauliflower mash. Yum yum yum

If you've ever wondered how to cook salmon perfectly every single time, this pan seared salmon recipe is the answer. Not only does the salmon end up perfectly flakey and juicy with just the right amount of crispiness on the skin, but the entire process takes just 10 minutes. Yes, you read that right. In just 10 minutes you can make restaurant-quality salmon at home. And you only need a few simple ingredients to do it.

Perfect Pan Seared Salmon In 10 Minutes

Salmon

olive oil

lemon juice

Salt & Pepper

Coat the flesh side with a 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, and then sprinkle on a small amount of salt and pepper.

Next, flip the filet over so it’s skin side up, and coat in olive oil salt and pepper.

Set a pan over medium-low heat, and add around a 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil to it. 

Heat the oil until it’s hot, and then add the salmon to it skin side down. Cook like this until 80% -of the fish has been cooked - around 7 minutes, or around 100°F.

Flip the fish over and cook it flesh side down until the remaining 20% fully cooks - around 2-3 minutes or 130°F.

Remove it from the heat, and let it rest skin side up for a couple of minutes before serving. The skin will keep the juices trapped inside the salmon as it cools.

Serve flesh side up, and top with lemon juice to taste.

Keto Creamy Lemon Garlic Salmon Recipe

Salmon filets (skin on

kosher salt and pepper

Tablespoons avocado oil

Heavy cream

Lemon juice

Cloves garlic, minced

Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat.

Add in the salmon filets skin side up. Cook until the salmon is browned and the fish easily releases from the pan.  Try not to flip early or the salmon will stick.

Flip to the other side (skin side if your salmon has skin) and cook until the salmon skin is crispy and releases from the pan.

Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.

Turn the heat of the skillet down to medium and whisk together the heavy cream, garlic, parsley and lemon juice. Let simmer for a few minutes to thicken.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the salmon with cream sauce and chopped parsley. If you want your salmon skin to stay crispy, serve the sauce on the side.

Keto Creamy Lemon Garlic Salmon

A healthy salmon patty recipe made with zucchini, jalapeno and lime juice, These are lightly floured in almond flour, and pan fried. This recipe makes a lot of salmon patties, so freeze the extras and reheat when needed! 1 Net Carb per Salmon Patty

Keto Salmon Patties

salmon (cooked*)

zucchini (shredded)

eggs

cilantro

onion (finely chopped)

lime juice

salt

almond flour

avocado oil (for frying)

Avocado Jicama Salsa (optional, to top)

Add the salmon, zucchini, eggs, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice and salt to a blender, and process until everything is mixed together well.

Form patties about 1/4 cup in size.

Add almond flour to a bowl, and gently coat both sides of the patties in almond flour.

Head avocado oil in a large skillet over medium to medium high heat. Add coated salmon patties into the hot oil, and fry for about 5 minutes on both sides, until golden in color. If they are cooking too quickly, turn the heat down. If they aren&#x27;t browning well, turn the heat up.

Remove browned salmon patties from the skillet and set on a plate lined with a paper towel.

Serve immediately. These also store well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or frozen wrapped air tight for up to 3 months. Bake at 425º F for 15-20 minutes to reheat and serve (they are also delicious cold!).

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon with salt and pepper on both sides. Sear the salmon in the hot pan for 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove the salmon from the pan and set them aside.

Simmer

Melt the butter in the skillet and saute the garlic until fragrant. Add the broth. Let it come to a simmer then reduce the heat to medium-low. Let the sauce simmer until the broth reduces by half.

Thicken

Mix the cream into the pan. Add salt and pepper. Once the sauce is simmering again stir in the parmesan cheese. Continue to simmer and stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.

Serve

Add the salmon back to the pan to reheat for a minute or two. Top with parsley and lemon slices. Serve with steamed vegetables or mashed cauliflower. Enjoy!

This keto salmon is a quick and easy weeknight dinner. Salmon is baked in a dill butter sauce and is paired with crisp-tender asparagus for a satisfying meal.

Keto Salmon

salmon fillet,

tbsp butter

tsp finely chopped garlic

garlic powder

cup(s) fresh dill, finely chopped

salt and pepper,

lb green asparagus, bottoms trimmed

garlic cloves, chopped

white wine

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400&amp;deg;F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix butter, garlic, garlic powder, dill, salt and pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Step 2

Place salmon on a large piece of aluminum foil. Using your hands, top the salmon with the butter mixture. Make sure the salmon is well covered with butter.

Step 3

Wrap salmon with the foil, place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove carefully from the oven, open up the foil and serve immediately.

Step 4

While the salmon is baking, prepare the asparagus. Bring a quart of water to boil in a pot and cook asparagus for 2-3 minutes. Remove from boiling water and reserve. Heat a separate pan and add the butter. Once the butter melts, add the chopped garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Step 5

Add the asparagus to the pan and cook for 1 minute, until lightly browned. Add a splash of wine to deglaze and evaporate, about 1 minute. Season with salt.

Step 6

Remove from pan and serve with salmon. Enjoy!
