A Keto Yeast Bread Recipe made in less than 5 minutes! This is THE BEST, easy to make, low carb yeast bread for the ketogenic diet. It's got the perfect chewiness to it, a delicious tanginess from the yeast, and it toasts incredibly well. Plus each slice of bread has just 1.5g NET CARBS!

Keto Yeast Bread | Easy, Low Carb, &amp; Made in 5 Minutes

Cup (86 grams) Blanched Almond flour

Scoop (22 grams) Isopure Unflavored Whey Protein Powder

Tsps (6 grams) Confectioners Swerve

Tsp (3 grams) RapidRise Yeast

Tsp Baking Powder

Tsp Xanthan Gum

Salt

Cup (100 grams) Hot Water

***I HIGHLY recommend using a food scale for this recipe***

In a medium-sized bowl add all of the dry ingredients.

Now add the water, and mix until a thick "paste" consistency forms in the bowl.

Once it does, coat a square glass sandwich container with baking spray, and add the batter to it.

Use a spatula to evenly spread it out in the dish, and then microwave for around 2:30.

Add 15 seconds of cook-time as needed until the top is firm.

***My microwave is 1100Watts and 2:30-3:00 is always about the right amount of time. Cook-times may vary depending on the Wattage of your microwave.

If you decide to bake the bread in the oven make sure to USE PARCHMENT PAPER. The bread can stick to the glass dish, and be a pain to get out, and the paper will ensure you can get it out of the dish as easy as possible.

Anyways, cook the bread in the oven at 350 Degrees Farenheit for around 15 minutes.

Cook just until the top is firm and golden brown.

Let the bread cool down in the dish until it reaches room temperature.

When it does, remove the bread from the dish, and use a bread knife to cut it in half.

Then use a larger knife to cut it into quarters.

Store in a sealed container for a couple of days.

A very good substitute for bread and much easier and faster than other low carb breads. I dried it and used it for stuffing. One recipe will give you about 2 cups of bread cubes. It even smells like wheat flour bread.

I had my first deli sandwich in 2 1/2 years with this incredible bread.  Toasts like a champ, but faster than conventional bread.  I use it for pizza crust as well, but I toast it just a bit first. FANTASTIC!

5 MINUTE KETO YEAST BREAD | EASY, LOW CARB, NO EGG KETO BREAD RECIPE

This is a recipe for real yeast bread ciabatta rolls.  They are low carb and keto and have only 5g net carbs per serving.

Low Carb Keto Ciabatta Yeast Bread Rolls

sugar*

(2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast

vital wheat gluten

almond flour

flax seed meal

salt

baking powder

extra virgin olive oil

butter, melted

  In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup warm (like bath water) water, sugar and yeast.  Cover the bowl and allow to sit until frothy with small bubbles, about 10 minutes.  If the yeast isn’t frothy then the yeast is dead and you’ll need to start over with fresh yeast.

instruction-step-2" class="p1">2.  In a large bowl, mix together remaining dry ingredients.  Sift them through a sifter or sieve.

struction-step-3" class="p1">3.  Mix together the yeast mixture, remaining 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons water and 3 tablespoons olive oil.  Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well until a wet dough forms.

ruction-step-4" class="p1">4.  Knead the dough for 3 minutes until it’s well combined.  Don’t over knead.

-step-5" class="p1">5.  Divide the dough in half and form it into 2 tube shapes.  The dough loaves should be about 2 1/2 x 7 inches.  Place the loaves onto a greased cookie sheet.    

" class="p1">6.  Preheat oven for 2-3 minutes until temperature reaches 100-110 degrees F.  Turn the oven off and put the dough in the warm oven to rise for 1 hour.  At the end of the hour, the loaves should have risen to about 3 1/2 x 8 inches.

lass="p1">7.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

ass="p1">8.  Brush the top of the loaves with melted butter.  Bake for 15 minutes and then take the bread out of the oven and brush with butter.  Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reads between 190-200 degrees F.  Put the thermometer all the way into the side of the loaf to get the most accurate reading. The closer you get to 200 degrees, the crustier the loaves with be.

p1">9.  Allow to cool on the pan for 1 hour before cutting each loaf in half horizontally and then into thirds.

This is very interesting I love ciabatta bread, but have to have gluten free. I have a friend, however who is doing a ketogenic diet and will love this recipe. I bet it would make killer individual pizzas if the roll is split horizontally!

This recipe makes an excellent pizza crust. Added garlic powder and Italian seasoning and brushed the edges with butter and parm. Great texture and nicely crisp.

Love, love LOVE this bread recipe!  I've been making it for over a year and it never disappoints.  The only change I made was the addition of 1/4 cup oat fiber.  It stiffened up the dough enough that I can make hamburger buns, rolls and still make the ciabatta loaves, with no increase in the carb count.  I'll make half as hamburger buns and the other half as a ciabatta loaf or rolls and my low carb bead needs are met for a week or two. I have also used this recipe to make pizza crust and calzones, adding in a little garlic and Italian seasoning.  It is so versatile and always delish.  I love homemade yeast bread and have missed it so much since going low carb.  It was awesome to have BLTs again this past summer.  The ciabatta loaf  was perfect for that.  Thank you so much!
