This KFC spice blend contains the secret mixture of 11 herbs and spices used in the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant chain for so many generations. These unique chicken spices are great for not only fried chicken but other recipes as well.

KFC Spice Blend

salt

tsp basil

thyme

tsp celery salt

tsp oregano

tsp black pepper

tsp white pepper

tsp ground paprika

tsp garlic salt

mustard

ginger

In a bowl, combine the salt, thyme, basil, oregano, celery salt, ground black pepper, dried mustard, garlic salt, paprika powder, ground ginger and white pepper.

Whisk all of the 11 herbs and spices together to combine.

Store in an air tight container or spice jar in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
