Pregnant lady here! "Will it help me poop?"
Then I'm eating it!

Thanks to Simply Whisked for a great tasting smoothie. It called for 3-cups of unsweetened yogurt* I used 1 Chobani Lime yogurt and 1 Chobani Honey yogurt which were only 5 oz.= 2/3 cup. I goofed on my end and printed off, to make this for 3 servings, not 1 serving. So, don't click on the numbered X's unless you need to double or triple the recipe. Like I did. But it turned out great with 1 extra cup of yogurt- "Very creamy"! I made this at 4:40 P.M. 2-5-21

Thanks for sharing. I'm just enjoying it right now. And, I've prepared it using my newly purchased hand blender.

Loving your recipes.
I lost my appetite with having breast and later bowel cancer.
My appetite is beginning to come back, ever so slowly though.
So thank you.

This recipe dropped into my inbox at the right moment - I was trying to find ways to add fiber to my morning smoothies! I am not a big fan of chia seeds, so I used flax seeds instead; I also added some neutral-flavored protein powder as I'm trying to target 30g of protein per meal.
Spot-on! This version enters my rotation now :)
