Here’s a super simple recipe to make to-die-for blueberry banana pancakes using Kodiak Cakes . We recently got our hands on some of their pancake mix. Kodiak Cakes makes high protein breakfast food mixes. While they don’t need the blueberry and banana to be delicious, we figured it couldn’t hurt ;)

KODIAK CAKES RECIPE: BLUEBERRY BANANA PANCAKES

blueberries

Warm up pan over medium heat and grease pan with favorite oil/butter.

Pour 5x5in (1/4 cup mix) circles onto hot pan. Evenly add blueberries to each pancake.

Once the batter boils, flip it over and cook to desired doneness.

Garnish with fresh banana slices and blueberries.
