Korean BBQ Seasoning

vegetable oil

soy sauce

tbsps white vinegar

sirloin steak

MIX Seasoning, oil, soy sauce and vinegar in small bowl.

PLACE steak in large resealable plastic bag; add remaining marinade.  Turn to coat.  Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer.  Remove steak from marinade; discard any remaining marinade.

GRILL steak over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

Perfect for a quick and flavorful Korean BBQ, this pork and beef bulgogi marinade uses a delicious store-bought Korean BBQ sauce as the base, with a few extra ingredients to liven it up. Use either galbi/kalbi or bulgogi sauces.

Korean BBQ: Easy Beef &amp; Pork Belly Bulgogi Marinade

sesame oil

green onions (thinly sliced)

together Korean BBQ sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Adjust to taste if needed. If it&#8217;s too sweet, add a little light soy sauce.

Add the meat and marinate

for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge for better results.

Grill

Thinly sliced meat requires about 2 minutes of grilling per side. For bone-in meat, add an additional 2 minutes per side.
