vanilla extract

Sweetener/sugar/honey to taste (this is personal preference)

Blend

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

tsp vanilla extract

cinnamon

almond milk

Add all ingredients to a blender. Use more or less dates according to your preference for sweetness.
