These Easy Asian Noodles are so good! A healthy, vegetarian recipe made w/ whole wheat pasta, a quick sauce: soy sauce, seasoned rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic - and over easy eggs! Easy, tasty &amp; better than delivery!

eggs (cooked over easy)

cilantro (optional for garnishing)

salted cashews (optional for garnishing)

Whisk together sauce ingredients until well combined.

Sauce

Cook linguine according to package directions and drain.

Cook eggs to your liking.&nbsp;

In the large pot you cooked your pasta in, pour pasta back in, toss with sauce.

Plate pasta and top with fried egg, chopped cilantro, and salted cashews.

Serve immediately!

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

Meanwhile, heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in pasta sauce and carrots; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in shrimp; simmer, uncovered, 5 min. or until shrimp are heated through, stirring frequently.

Drain pasta; place on platter. Top with shrimp mixture, cheese and basil.

Parmesan &amp; Garlic Linguine Pasta

Bring large pot of water up to boil. Sprinkle in a generous amount of salt and stir in pasta. Cook linguine until al dente and drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid.&nbsp;

Place linguine back into hot pot and stir in butter, cream, garlic, salt, pepper and cheese until butter and cheese start to melt and create a sauce. Pour in some pasta water to get the sauce to the consistency you want. (I only used about 3 tablespoons.)

Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly. Pour onto serving platter and top with fresh parsley and more grated cheese.

My wife and I really liked this. Easy to make. Will add either veggies or chicken next time.

I just made it it was delicious i put shrimp on top of mine and made the shrimp in butter and garlic and top it on my linguini it was delicious such a simple recipe but with a lot of flavor gotta try it

I just made this dish and I LOVE it but for that amount of pasta, I definitely needed to add a lot more of the cheese, cream and garlic (more than double what was called for). I also pan-roasted some cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic salt, pepper and oregano and mixed those in as well. I plan on using this recipe as a base point for more creamy pasta dishes in the future!
