This is the Ultimate Liver Detox Smoothie because it's loaded with ingredients that not only help detoxify your body, but also reduce inflammation.

Ultimate Liver Detox Smoothie

carrot,

banana

oranges, peeled

organic hemp seeds

lime juice

ginger

turmeric powder

water OR 1/2 cup dandelion tea, chilled

unrefined sea salt

cayenne pepper

Place a small pot of water fitted with a steamer basket over the stove. Add the carrots to the steamer basket and set the heat to medium-high heat. Steam carrots for about 4 minutes, or until just tender. Remove carrots from steamer basket and transfer to the freezer to chill for 5 minutes.

Place the chilled carrots and remaining ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Drink chilled.

This is really the BEST detox smoothie ever. I did add 1 teaspoon of orange extract since I doubled the turmeric and didn't have any more oranges. What a big boost in flavor. So delicious and perfect for this upcoming holiday season.
