Place&nbsp;all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend 4 min/speed 10.

Add&nbsp;extra water to dilute to a thinner consistency if desired and blend 1 min/speed 5. Enjoy a tall glass of your smoothie for breakfast or as an energizing snack.

How to Make Overnight Oats (5 Delicious Flavors)

9.7 oz rolled oats (2.5 cups; use gluten-free if necessary)

milk (dairy

11.7 oz natural yogurt (1.25 cups)

1.7 oz chia seeds (5 Tbsp)

Tbsp maple (or honey/ the sweetener of your choice)

vanilla extract (optional)

tsp salt

use 1/5 of the basic mixture and

Tbsp strawberry jam

almond butter

strawberries (chopped)

Tbsp blueberry jam

Tbsp digestive biscuits (crushed)

blueberries

tsp hemp seeds

lemon

banana (sliced)

peanut butter

peanuts (crushed)

cinnamon powder

apple (chopped)

tsp cinnamon powder

Tbsp walnuts (crushed)

mango nectar (or 1/2 cup chopped mango)

You can prepare the oats in individual cups/jars or make the entire base in a large bowl and separate it into portions later.

Combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.

Add all the remaining base ingredients (milk, yogurt, and sweetener) and mix well.

Place the oats in the refrigerator, covered, to thicken for a minimum of 2 hours, though overnight is best.

I like to prepare the flavor combinations before refrigerating (so my breakfast is set for the next 5 days) but you can also do it at the time of serving. Layer the jar with the fruit or jam at the bottom, add the oats base, then add the other add-ins on top. Or you could stir everything together. Then place in the fridge.Keep add-ins you don&#39;t want to get soggy separately until it&#39;s time to serve (e.g. if you want to keep the biscuits crispy).

When ready, enjoy the easy overnight oats with your add-ins or toppings of choice.

Chicken with Spiced Tangerine Sauce

chicken thighs, skin

tbsp sesame oil

salt

black pepper

½ oz fresh ginger

garlic

black peppercorns

oz shallots

oz tangerine marmalade

½ oz hoisin sauce

soy sauce

star anise

½ tsp Chinese five spice powder

½ tsp dried red pepper flakes

cornstarch

sesame seeds

tangerines

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and top with a baking rack.

Place chicken pieces onto reserved baking rack and pat dry with a paper towel. Drizzle chicken with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake 45 minutes (400°F). Meanwhile, make the sauce.

Place ginger, garlic and black peppercorns into mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Add shallots and sesame oil and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape sides of mixing bowl with spatula and without measuring cup cook 3 min/250°F/speed 1.

Add marmalade, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, star anise, five spice and red pepper flakes and without measuring cup cook 5 min/250°F/speed 1. Meanwhile, combine corn starch and water in a small bowl and set aside.

Add corn starch-water mixture to mixing bowl and without measuring cup cook 2 min/250°F/speed 1.

Brush chicken with sauce periodically and bake for an additional 15 minutes (400°F) or until internal temperature reads 165°F. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced tangerines and serve with steamed rice.

Tangerine Sauce

oz pineapple

oz mango

Place dates, almond milk, salt, maple syrup, coconut, fresh turmeric, fresh ginger, cinnamon, ground turmeric, pepper, MCT oil, pineapple and mango into mixing bowl and start Blend /10 sec or until desired consistency is achieved. Pour into glasses and serve.

Cordon bleu (frais)

g Brocoli (frais)

250 g Pommes de terre (four/purée)

càs Fromage ail & fines herbes

Épluchez les pommes de terre, puis coupez-les en dés.

Dans une casserole d’eau bouillante salée, ajoutez les pommes de terre. Faites-les cuire 15 minutes, sur feu moyen.

Pendant ce temps, lavez puis coupez le brocoli en sommités. Coupez les sommités en 2 ou en 4, selon leur taille.

Dans une seconde casserole d'eau bouillante salée, ajoutez le brocoli. Faites-le cuire 6 minutes, puis égouttez-le

Vérifiez la cuisson des pommes de terre et réservez une petite louche d'eau de cuisson. Égouttez, puis assaisonnez-les. Ajoutez le fromage ail & fines herbes, puis, à l'aide d'une fourchette ou d'un presse-purée, écrasez le tout. Si besoin, ajoutez un peu d'eau de cuisson afin d'obtenir la texture souhaitée.

Réchauffez les cordons bleu selon les instructions du paquet, jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient bien dorés et croustillants.

Dans une assiette, servez la purée aux fines herbes avec les brocolis et le cordon bleu. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !

Velouté de chou-fleur

Chou-fleur (frais)

Oignon jaune

Bouillon de légumes (cube)

càs Parmesan (râpé)

Lavez puis coupez le chou-fleur en sommités. Coupez les sommités en 2 ou en 4 selon leur taille. Coupez le tronc en petits cubes.

Faites fondre une noisette de beurre dans une casserole, sur feu vif. Ajoutez les oignons et l'ail râpé. Faites-les rissoler 1 à 2 minutes, en mélangeant.

Baissez le feu à moyen puis ajoutez le chou-fleur. Faites revenir le tout 5 minutes, jusqu'à ce que le chou-fleur soit légèrement doré.

Ajoutez le bouillon de légumes et 200ml d'eau par personne. Portez à ébullition, puis baissez le feu et couvrez. Laissez mijoter 15 minutes.

Ajoutez le parmesan râpé et mixez le tout pour obtenir un velouté onctueux. Ajoutez un peu d’eau, si nécessaire.

Servez le velouté de chou-fleur dans un bol ou une assiette creuse. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts et ajoutez un peu de crème, pour les plus gourmands. C'est prêt !
