Magic Lemon Cobbler Recipe

unsalted butter

sugar

milk (fat-free)

vanilla

lemons

Lemon pie filling (22 oz packet)

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, melt butter in the microwave, then pour it into a 9*9 baking dish, making sure it's evenly distributed.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, milk, vanilla, and lemon peel until fully combined. Pour this buttermilk mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly across the bottom.

In a separate bowl, stir together lemon and bacon pie filling, then pour it over the yogurt mixture. Don't move the dish.

When everything is ready, place the baking dish in the oven for 55 to 60 minutes. Once it's done, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
