These Peanut M&amp;M Brownies are an easy pantry staple dessert and easy to make with the family! Peanuts and M&amp;Ms make these fun to make AND to eat - a fantastic sweet and salty dessert combo.

Peanut M&M Brownies

(1/2 cup butter, melted)

sugar

eggs

vanilla extract

cacao powder

flour (can use almond flour

baking powder

Himalayan sea salt

M&Ms

peanuts (slightly salted)

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and grease a 8x8 glass baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and whisk well to combine.

Add the cacao powder, flour, salt, baking powder, and half of the M&amp;Ms and half of the peanuts into the batter.  Mix well and stir until the batter is smooth.  Add the batter to the baking dish and top with the remaining M&amp;Ms and peanuts.

Bake for 30 to 38 minutes (depending on how crisp you like your brownies).

Remove and allow to cool for 30 minutes before slicing.

M&amp;M Brookies is an M&amp;M filled blondie on top of a fudgy, rich brownie!

M&M Brookies

90 g Butter, Melted ((1/3 Cup and 2 Tbsp.))

Cup Brown Sugar ((140 grams))

Large Egg

tsp Vanilla Extract

Cup and 2 Tbsp. All Purpose Flour ((135 grams))

tsp Baking Powder

tsp Baking Soda

Cup Chocolate Chips ((90 grams))

Cup M&Ms ((110 grams))

90 g Butter ((1/3 Cup and 2 Tbsp.))

120 g Dark Chocolate ((2/3 Cups))

Cup Brown Sugar ((90 grams))

Cup Sugar ((50 grams))

Cup Cocoa ((24 grams))

Cup All Purpose Flour ((60 grams))

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 9&quot;x9&quot; baking tin.

Melt the butter and mix the with brown sugar.

Add the egg and vanilla and beat in.

Stir in the flour, baking powder and baking soda until all combined.

Stir in all the chocolate chips and M&amp;Ms and set aside.

Blondies;

Melt the butter and dark chocolate together.

Mix the eggs, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract together until the mixture becomes a light golden colour.

Mix in the chocolate mixture.

Stir in the flour, cocoa and M&amp;Ms until just combined.

Spread the mixture into the prepared pan in an even layer.

Pour over the blondie layer on top and spread in an even layer.

Place in the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes. The top and sides will be set and the middle will have crumbs attached to a skewer inserted but should not be wet.
