M&amp;M cookie bars are everything you love about blondies and candy in one! Golden, buttery, and ready to feed a crowd, this is the dessert recipe your family will not be able to get enough of!

M&M Cookie Bars

¼ Cup All Purpose Flour

Teaspoon Baking Soda

Salt

¾ Cup Unsalted Butter (melted)

Cup Brown Sugar (packed)

Cup Granulated Sugar

Eggs

Teaspoons Vanilla

Cup M&Ms

½ Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray and set aside.

In a medium bowl sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside.

In the bowl of a mixer add the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Using the paddle attachment beat on medium-high until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time until fully combined. Add in the vanilla and mix until combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the sugar mixture and mix on medium-low until combined. Stir in the M&amp;Ms and chocolate chips by hand.

Spread the dough into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Allow cooling

unsalted butter (melted)

brown sugar

vanilla extract

baking soda

chocolate chips

Christmas M&M's

Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl mix together melted butter, brown sugar and vanilla. Then add in eggs and stir until batter is like a thick caramel.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Then pour flour into batter, roughly a ½ cup at a time, folding batter over itself to smooth any ribbons of flour into the batter. The batter will be very thick.

Add in red and green M&amp;M&#x27;s and chocolate chips to batter and gently combine.

Pour into baking pan and spread evenly. Top with additional M&amp;M&#x27;s and chocolate chips if desired. Bake at 350ºF for 26 minutes.

Remove parchment paper from pan and set on a cooling rack to cool.

Use a knife or bench scraper to divide into 24 squares.
