Tropical Mango Pineapple Smoothie Recipe

water milk (original/unsweetened)

banana

clementines orange (peeled)

mango (2 cups, peeled)

pineapple

Tbsp flax seeds

Put everything in the blender in the order that it's listed and blend until smooth. Easy Peasy. Enjoy your taste of the tropics. :)

How to Make Smoothies Without Bananas (8 Recipes!)

Mango Pineapple Smoothie

mango (cubed)

mango nectar (or pineapple juice)

vanilla yogurt

Before you begin making your smoothie, it is important to prepare all of your ingredients. If you are using fresh fruit, we recommend cutting it and freezing it overnight before you make your smoothie.

When all of your ingredients are prepared, you can start adding them to your blender. Make sure you are leaving some room at the top of your blender so that it can work properly.

Once all of your ingredients are added to your blender, you can blend until your smoothie is completely smooth. You may need to open the mixture a few times and stir it so that there are no lumps remaining.

When your smoothie is completely blended, pour your mixture into your serving glasses.

If desired, you can add some slices of fresh fruit to your glasses, or top your smoothie with whipped cream. Serve right away and enjoy!
