carrots

cilantro (chopped)

lime juice

cumin

chili powder

salt (optional)

garlic powder

Add all vegetables to a large bowl

Add lime juice and seasonings and toss to coat.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Stir again before serving.
